This is a remix of the Bike cable clips by BimOverbohm (thingiverse.com/thing:5013875). I modified these clips to route one or two shift cables on either side of a brake cable/hose. This allows routing full-length shift housing (tested with SRAM and Shimano 4mm shift housing) to both front and rear derailleurs on a frame with externally-routed brake hose. The shift cable clips are pretty tight and you can either run the housing through the clip during initial installation, or heat the clip and push the housing in place.
Update: I’ve added clips with a small anti-rattle tab that can be useful for unpainted (titanium) bikes where the clip fits a little loosely.
